nice staff great view free waffles
i found the staff very nice and helpful i was on the fourth floor and my room had a great mountain view with the cable car i loved watching the blizzard from my window the free coffee cookies and waffles were very welcome after a long day.
there was very little storage in the room i had to keep my suitcase out as there were no drawers available

convenient and friendly
lovely staff helpful advice transportation advice complimentary waffles
i stayed for four nights. the staff were consistently lovely. one particular staff member was kind to make waffle batter. they spoke norwegian when i attempted phrases and provided helpful advice on transportation and local shops. the complimentary waffles and hot drinks were a nice touch.
There was no storage in the room. A wardrobe held two coats, but no drawers existed, so we lived out of our suitcase. the bathroom was tiny though. I had to enter it sideways.

the location was central and close to a bus stop with bars and restaurants nearby. the hotel is within easy reach of the airport, close to bus routes, really practical for getting around. the harbour and shuttle bus for the cable car are a short walk away.

free coffee and tea are available in reception, along with chocolate chip cookies. the hotel offers fresh waffles with norwegian brown cheese and compote. i found luggage storage available after checkout, really convenient for exploring before my flight.

waffles are available every evening from 5 pm to 7 pm. complimentary waffles are served with cheese and jam daily from 5 pm to 7 pm. i noticed that eurospar supermarket is located very close to the building.

The staff were helpful. They gave me advice on local transportation. they were very attentive and pleasant. the personnel is very helpful and friendly though.

The room included a fridge for guest use. beds are comfortable. the room was comfortable and met my needs. However it had an outdated elevator with flickering lights. Still, i think it was pretty decent.

unreliable door lock mechanical problem
the staff at the reception were really helpful with questions.
The lock at my door did not work reliably. It would not lock automatically. furthermore, it was not possible to lock the door from inside due to some mechanical problem.

drafty window cold bathroom floor
the staff was mostly fine, and free coffee was available in the lobby.
my room's window was drafty and thin. i could hear street noise all night. plus, the bathroom floor was not heated, it was cold to the touch, even in the middle of the day. i complained, but nothing happened.

Excellent Stay Experience
quiet atmosphere clean room bus access
I found communication excellent from the reception area. The location includes convenient access to the bus station. It is a short walk to the center, very close to restaurants. The hotel had a quiet atmosphere, and the rooms are very clean.
The room included tiny windows , made the access feel a bit dark.

Comfortable Base for Exploration
central location cosy mattress free drinks
I noted the complimentary tea and coffee available all day. The location was central, a great help for seeing local attractions. I also found the room to have a very cosy mattress.
The elevator was out of service briefly. This was an inconvenience, but I understand these things happen. It was quickly repaired.

A Convenient Stay
friendly staff perfect location spare space small bathroom
The staff were friendly. They always offered coffee and tea at the entrance, and I liked the waffles. I found the hotel location to be perfect. It was near the meeting point for most of the tours and in the center.
The room lacked storage. I found no drawers, so I had to live out of my suitcase, which took up the only spare space on the floor. The bathroom was very small. You had to walk into it sideways.
